Here are some of our top tips from in lockdown: Catch a good movie and TV show While this sounds the most obvious it is also the most easiest. Gone are the days when you had to go and rent out a video from your local store. Now there are so many streaming services available now that you literally have 1000s of movies, TV shows and documentaries at your finger tips. These include Amazon Prime, Netflix and other local streaming services. There are a lot of great options on here and it is updated continually. Home workout classes With gyms being shut for the foreseeable future there are lots of online classes that are now available. Large gym chains are also doing daily classes where you can participate just as if you were in the gym.
