Things to do when in lockdown and isolation
Just because you are in lockdown doesn’t mean that you need to be bored or have your life put on hold. There are many things you can do to keep yourself active, healthy, stimulated and learning. From relaxing watching a good flick to giving yourself a good exercise routine there are a multitude of things you can do.
There are also many free resources and things to do now available online. Here are some of our top tips from in lockdown:

While this sounds the most obvious it is also the most easiest. Gone are the days when you had to go and rent out a video from your local store. Now there are so many streaming services available now that you literally have 1000s of movies, TV shows and documentaries at your finger tips. These include Amazon Prime, Netflix and other local streaming services.
