Introduction to JBL Live 3 Series

Welcome back to the channel! This is Andy from Mr YouWho, and today we're diving into JBL's latest innovation - the JBL Live 3 Series earbuds. Today, I have the JBL Live Flex 3 and the JBL Live Beam 3. While I don't have the JBL Live Bud 3 with me, we'll discuss its features too.

Innovative Features

JBL has really outdone themselves with the new Live 3 Series, introducing smart LED touch screens on their charging cases. These 1.45-inch LED displays allow you to control your sound settings, equalizer, ANC, volume, and tracks, directly from the case. It's a game-changer for music enthusiasts who want to personalize their listening experience.

The JBL Live Beam 3 boasts 48 hours of battery life (12 hours in the earbuds and 36 hours in the case), a 10mm driver, Bluetooth 5.3 with LE audio, and JBL spatial sound. It's also IP55 certified for water resistance, includes Personi-fi 3.0 for personalized sound, and supports multi-point connection and wireless charging.

JBL Live Flex 3

The JBL Live Flex 3 offers up to 50 hours of battery life (10 hours in the earbuds and an additional 40 hours in the case with ANC off). It features 12mm dynamic drivers, Bluetooth 5.3 with LE audio, high-res audio, six microphones, IP54 certification, Personi-fi 3.0, and multi-point connection.

Real-World Testing

At Mr YouWho, we put the JBL Live 3 Series through rigorous real-world testing. Whether it's at the gym, out for a run, or walking along the beach, these earbuds deliver exceptional performance and comfort.

Gym Performance

The JBL Live Flex 3 and Live Beam 3 stayed securely in place during intense workouts, providing immersive sound with true adaptive noise cancelling. The smart charging case is incredibly convenient, allowing easy control of music without needing to carry your phone. I was particularly impressed with how the earbuds didn't move at all during my workout, thanks to their snug fit. Even with sweat, they remained comfortable and didn't slip out of place. The IP55 rating gave me confidence that a bit of sweat or moisture wouldn't harm them.

Beach and Outdoor Use

Walking along the beach with the JBL Live Flex 3 was a joy. The noise-cancelling feature blocked out environmental sounds, and the earbuds remained comfortable and secure even when running. The spatial sound feature really shone here, making it feel like I was enveloped in my favorite tracks. The earbuds are also IP54 certified, so they can handle splashes of water or a bit of sand without any issues.

Everyday Use

Using the JBL Live 3 Series in the city was a seamless experience. The active noise cancelling adapted to different noise levels, making it ideal for busy environments. The multi-point connection is perfect for switching between devices, such as a laptop and phone. I found the earbuds to be perfect for taking calls on the go, with the six microphones ensuring clear voice transmission. The Personi-fi 3.0 feature is a standout, tailoring the sound to my personal preferences over time, which made each listening session better than the last.
