Initial Enthusiasm and Partnership

My journey with Yesoul began when they reached out to me, offering one of their spin bikes and an opportunity to join their affiliate program. Promising a 10% commission on sales generated through my links, I eagerly accepted and started promoting their product. Early on, everything seemed promising—I generated $800 USD in affiliate commissions in just a few months.

Unpaid Commissions and False Promises

However, when it was time for payment, Yesoul initially offered only $80 USD. After much back and forth, they finally paid the full amount. But this was just the beginning of a series of payment issues. By April, I had generated 54 orders and over $22,000 in sales, expecting $2,524 in commissions. Despite multiple follow-ups, Yesoul claimed they only owed me $280 USD, a stark contrast to my records and their affiliate dashboard.

Throughout my partnership, Yesoul sent numerous emails promising timely payments and updates. Despite these reassurances, the payments never arrived. Here are some examples of their empty promises:

"You've been an excellent partner... We'll process your commission within 30 days."

These promises were never fulfilled, and Yesoul continues to ignore my payment requests.

Customer Complaints and Poor Service

Beyond my issues, customers have also reported problems with Yesoul, including receiving defective products, delayed or unfulfilled shipments, unresponsive customer service, and difficulties obtaining refunds or exchanges. These issues highlight Yesoul's unethical business practices, impacting both affiliates and customers.

Advantages of the Yesoul Bike

Despite these negative experiences, the Yesoul bike itself has some notable features:

Given my experience, I strongly advise against working with Yesoul. Their affiliate program is deceptive, and they have failed to pay the commissions owed to me. If you're considering partnering with Yesoul or purchasing their products, think twice.

Here are some lessons I've learned and advice for fellow creators:

  • Thoroughly research the company before entering into a partnership.
  • Look for reviews and feedback from other creators.
  • Ensure the terms and conditions of the affiliate program are clear and fair.

  • Don't hesitate to walk away from a partnership if it seems shady or unprofessional.
  • Make sure you get payment before too much accrues!
