I Made an AI Trailer With My Face, Voice & Branding — Freebeat AI (Part 2)
What used to take me a full production team — a videographer, an editor, hours in Premiere, and serious money — I just did in minutes. In Part 1, I broke down what Freebeat AI is and ran my first test (that video has now passed 100,000 views). For this follow-up I pushed it much further: uploading my own face, generating a song in a voice just like mine, and layering on MrYouWho branding to see if AI could produce a usable channel trailer with me in it, end to end.
And honestly, I'm blown away. I built a full cinematic MrYouWho channel trailer, an abstract branded version, a cinematic product trailer for my JBL Bar 1300 review, and an emotional story about someone chasing a dream of becoming a musician — the one that genuinely got me a bit emotional. Here's exactly how, and whether it's worth your time.

01What Is Freebeat AI?
Freebeat AI is a creative video agent — a one-click music-video generator that has evolved into a broader production platform bundling beat-synced video, AI avatars, voice cloning, lip-sync, and Translate-Dub. It integrates with Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, Suno, Udio, and direct uploads.
There are two ways in: a simple mode, where you upload a photo and your music and Freebeat does the heavy creative lifting in one click, and an expert mode for directing scenes, transitions, and visual choices yourself — plus a built-in editor and music generator. Part 2 focuses on the avatar and voice-cloning side of things.
02Why a Trailer? And Why My Own Face?
Generic AI videos are everywhere. What makes content stick is you in it — your face, your voice, your brand. If AI can replicate that without hours in front of a camera, the leverage is massive. A trailer is the perfect test: short, punchy, brand-heavy, and demanding that every element work together at once.
The thing I keep coming back to is that this isn't just for YouTubers. It's for creators, musicians, producers, businesses, and people at home posting on social — anyone who wants to make something bigger than their skillset or budget would normally allow.
03The 5-Step Process
Start to finish, this came in at under two hours from blank canvas to exported trailer.
Step 1 — Cloning My Face
Trained on a 30-second well-lit clip. The result holds facial structure, eye line, and expressions — it passes convincingly at trailer-pace cuts and mid-shots. What came back looked like me: my likeness, my energy, my branding, consistent across the whole trailer.
Step 2 — Cloning My Voice
Sixty seconds of clean narration was enough that family members did a double-take on playback. For the MrYouWho trailer I generated a song in a voice very similar to mine, so it feels like me singing the trailer — that's what made this one hit differently. Emotional inflection still shows a slight synthetic edge, but it's close.
Step 3 — Adding the MrYouWho Branding
Locked colour palette, cinematic style preset, and logo placement matching my channel intros. The output felt on-brand rather than generic — a proper MrYouWho intro you'd actually want to watch, not random AI clips thrown on a track.
Step 4 — Assembling in Freebeat's Agent
Script outline + avatar + voice clone + brand assets, and the AI assembled a draft trailer matched to a beat-synced music bed. Per-clip regeneration cleaned up the rough spots without re-rendering the whole thing. The same track can be taken in multiple visual directions in minutes — for the abstract version, less performance and character focus, more pure visual rhythm, colour, and motion synced to the music.
Step 5 — Export & Distribution
Multi-aspect export from one project: 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1. Freebeat can also turn a finished trailer into vertical short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, and Translate-Dub generates dozens of language variants using your cloned voice — strong for staying consistent across platforms.
04The Results
The final trailer ran about 45 seconds, fully voiced by the clone, with my face on screen and the MrYouWho brand identity locked in — all in under two hours. The cinematic JBL Bar 1300 trailer was the real eye-opener: I created a big, dramatic track in the built-in music generator, uploaded a photo of myself and a photo of the speaker, and Freebeat produced a proper product trailer with cinematic lighting and the product in use. It looked like something you'd normally pay real money for. Output quality is at a level I'd absolutely use for social trailers and ad creative.
The one that surprised me most wasn't a product piece at all — it was a short cinematic story about someone chasing the dream of becoming a musician, built with Freebeat's storytelling tools. Instead of just visuals around a beat, you shape a narrative arc with a beginning, middle, and end. That's what makes this more than a gimmick: a musician in a bedroom or a small creator with an idea but no team can suddenly make something cinematic and emotional.

The Verdict
Freebeat AI isn't replacing a film crew — and that's the point. For creators scaling branded video output, it's one of the most complete AI video agents available. The face and voice cloning are at a quality bar I wasn't expecting, the brand-consistency tools are real, and Translate-Dub unlocks global distribution from a single asset.
The biggest thing for me, though, is how fun it's been. It doesn't just do one thing — it gives you ideas, helps with creative directions, and lets you make things you might never have bothered trying. You can start free, have a play, and only pay if you want more credits. For creators, musicians, businesses, and anyone at home with an idea but no budget or team, that accessibility is the whole story.

08Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need video editing skills?+
No — the agent assembles a first draft from your inputs. You mostly make decisions: which clips to regenerate, which transitions to swap. Simple mode does the heavy creative lifting in one click, while expert mode is there if you want to shape scenes and transitions yourself.
How realistic is the face and voice cloning?+
The face passes convincingly at trailer-pace cuts and mid-shots; extreme close-ups can still reveal AI tells. The voice is close enough to make family members do a double-take, though emotional inflection retains a slightly synthetic edge.
What's the time investment?+
My full Part 2 build came in under two hours — face training, voice training, brand setup, scripting, generation, regenerations, and export all included.
Is the free tier enough?+
For a quick test, yes — 500 credits with a 30-second cap. For a full branded trailer with cloning plus regenerations, the Basic plan ($4.99/week) or higher is recommended. You can start free to see if it's for you before paying.
Does it support other languages?+
Yes — Translate-Dub generates dozens of language versions using your cloned voice. It's one of the platform's strongest features for multilingual creators, letting you distribute globally from a single asset.
